WHERE DO YOUR SHOP ITEMS COME FROM?

When the pandemic hit, we got to work on our dream of opening a retail shop with all our favorite styling and decor items. We have spent years cultivating a list of items we like to use personally and professionally and we are excited to have the opportunity to curate a list of these goods for you!

 

WHAT ABOUT YOUR VINTAGE?

Our collection of vintage and secondhand items are carefully curated by our Style Shop team and contains several one-of-a-kind pieces. These pre-loved items may have imperfections. In many cases, only one of each item is available.

The colors of items may vary slightly from the product image shown online, though we do our very best to capture and represent each item authentically.

Additionally, while we endeavor to include noteworthy flaws, minutiae, and color variance in each product’s description, it is possible that we may miss an imperfection.

Examples of imperfections that a vintage or secondhand item may possess include, but are not limited to, scratches, dents, minor surface cracks, rust, torn or pilling fabric, missing details, discoloration, etc.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I BOUGHT DOESN'T WORK IN MY HOME?

All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange or store credit for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us withing 7 days of receiving your items at hello@mavenstyleshop.com to alert us of the damage, include a photo, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship you a replacement if available. In the case of vintage items, if a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit for the purchase price of your item and in some cases a full refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, when any item is not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
