If you have any questions regarding a vintage or secondhand item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase as no items are eligible for refund or store credit.
Vintage and secondhand items may have minor imperfections due to the nature of being pre-owned. Examples of imperfections that a vintage or secondhand item may possess include, but are not limited to, scratches, dents, minor surface cracks, rust, torn or pilling fabric, missing details, discoloration, etc.
We only, in rare circumstances, accept returns for exchange or store credit for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us withing 7 days of receiving your items at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, include a photo, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship you a replacement if available. In the case of vintage items, if a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit for the purchase price of your item and in some cases a full refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, when any item is not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
